Comfortable beds but noisy surroundings
The beds were very comfortable, which made my stay quite pleasant. However, the noise from outside throughout the night was disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there could be improvements in the cleanliness of the shared areas.

The room was a disaster. It had a stale smoke smell, and we definitely didn’t get the non-smoking room we paid for. Floors were super dirty, with piles of dirt and hair everywhere. The furniture had crumbs on it, and the sheets weren't even changed properly—there was hair all over them. The bathroom was grimy with questionable stains. It was just overall really dingy and felt pretty unsafe. No sleep because of all the noise outside too.
